Return & Refund

We hope you like what you ordered! But in case you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most items in like-new condition. Please note that the shipping fee for return must be covered by the customer, unless our products have a quality defect.

Return conditions:
The item is in good, unused, unused condition and contains all of its parts with their original tags/package.
The original shipping fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.

Please note that the conditions below are not considered defective in quality:
Loose threads, rough edges, thickness, touch, and color differences due to differences in monitor display do not constitute quality issues.
Returns due to dissatisfaction with style, color and changes in personal preference do not constitute quality issues.
Damage due to use, washing, care, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications or other human factors do not constitute quality problems.
Please refer to our size chart for your purchase decisions, as our service team can only offer our recommendations. Returns due to sizing issues are not quality issues.
Due to differences in design and style between items, there may be slight differences with different items in the same size.

Return steps:
Step 1 - Initiation: To initiate a return, you can contact us at service@inialife.com.
Step 2 - Confirmation: Our customer service team will contact you and confirm the return details within 24-48 hours.
Step 3 - Ship it back: Please ship your item(s) back in accordance with our service team's return instructions
Step 4 - Refund: After our warehouse has received your item(s) and approved your order, the corresponding refund will be issued to the original payment account or credit card. credit, in accordance with your communication with our service team.

Please mark our messages as "Not Spam" or "Not Junk". It is common for an email not to appear in your inbox after being flagged with any of the above. 

Do not ship returned items to the return address of the package you received. We will not accept returns without you contacting us first.
