2. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE USE OF THE SITE

3.2 If you identify an error in your order after completing the payment process, we ask that you contact us immediately, through the available service channels, to carry out the correction, being certain, however, that the changes can only be made prior to order confirmation.

4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND ORDER CANCELLATION
4.1 The order confirmation of all products will be subject to their availability.
4.2 We will inform you if there is no availability of a particular model or color, by means of an alert in the announcement of the same, however, due to possible errors in the operation, it is possible that there are some discrepancies in relation to the stock. If this occurs, X6 will arrange for a refund of any amount you have paid for the product you have chosen, which has become unavailable.
4.3 X6 will have the right, at any time, to withdraw any product from the website, as well as to refuse the processing of orders after the confirmation has been sent, due to exceptional circumstances, and X6 will not be held responsible in these cases.
4.4 You will be informed in the event of cancellation of confirmed orders, and X6 will arrange for a refund of any amount you have paid for the product you have chosen, which has been the subject of cancellation.

5. DELIVERY RULES AND PROCEDURES
5.1 The period for sending your product will start after receiving the confirmation of payment authorization, according to the chosen method.
5.2 Notwithstanding the provisions of the item “Availability of Products”, X6 will always seek to comply with the estimated product shipping deadlines at the time of purchase. Even so, it is important to mention that delays may occur for reasons beyond our control, linked to unforeseen circumstances, fortuitous cases or force majeure, or even problems related to the delivery area.
5.3 In the cases indicated in the previous item, if it is not possible to deliver the product within the estimated time indicated, we will use our best efforts to deliver the product as soon as possible and will indicate the new estimated time or date of delivery.
5.4 If, for any reason, X6 is unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of the situation within 72 hours (seventy-two hours), giving you the option to proceed with the purchase, establish a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the amount paid.
5.5 We hereby inform you that, as a rule, domestic deliveries will not take place on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.
5.6 The delivery service for the items offered on this website is only available in Brazilian territory.
5.7 For the purposes of these Conditions, "delivery" shall be understood as carried out or the order "delivered" when you or a third party of your appointment, such as a doorman or receptionist of your building or condominium, is physically in possession of the goods, the which will be shown on the signature of the order receipt at the indicated delivery address.
5.8 If the carrier and/or any company responsible for delivering your product cannot locate you, your order will be forwarded to our distribution center.
5.8.1 You will receive information on where your order is and what to do to make a new delivery attempt possible.
5.8.2 If, after 30 days from the date on which your order is available for delivery, it cannot be delivered for reasons which are not our responsibility, we may assume that you wish to cancel your order, and your order will be completed. Accordingly, we will refund to you all payments we have received, including shipping.
5.9 The cost of shipping will always be specified at the time of order confirmation, and may vary according to the delivery region and the chosen method.

6. PRICE OF PRODUCTS AND PAYMENT METHODS
6.1 The price of the products will always be detailed next to each item. X6 will make every effort to ensure that the prices shown are correct, however, for operational reasons, errors may occur.
6.2 If we discover an obvious error in the price of any of the products in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the order canceled and all amounts paid will be fully refunded.
6.3 The prices of the products on the website do not include shipping, which will be added to the total price when you fill in your address and choose the shipping method.
6.4 Prices may change at any time. However, except as stated above (obvious error), the changes should not affect orders already confirmed.
